Overview

M3 was created to streamline mixing workflows by giving users centralized control over multiple plugin instances of the plugin across a DAW session.

We worked closely with Ayaic to transform their original Mix Monolith concept into a fully integrated system that balances flexibility, usability, and performance. Users can now manage separate plugin instances from one central interface, saving time and maintaining precise control over their mixes. We continue to work with Ayaic, developing new features for M3 and their upcoming products as they continue to bring innovative audio tools from concept to market-ready products while maintaining high performance and a seamless user experience.

Challenge

Mixing multiple tracks across a DAW session with the existing Mix Monolith plugin was often fragmented and time-consuming, with each plugin instance requiring individual management. Ayaic wanted to create a system that would allow users to control everything from an integrated interface. This meant taking the existing code and building it into a new project, mixing their codebase with our new features.

02

Approach

Our development focused on creating a robust interplugin communication system to handle real-time control, whilst integrating existing code and linking it to new UI.

03

Result

M3 launched as an innovative mixing solution, allowing users to manage entire sessions efficiently from a single interface. It transformed the workflow for Ayaic users, offering flexibility and control previously unavailable in traditional DAW plugin setups. Our ongoing partnership continues to support the system, as well as developing their upcoming projects.
